We collect information you provide directly when you request availability, book a trip, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, preferred trip dates, party size, and any details you share about your trip. If you book a trip, payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers. Where you authorize us to keep a card on file for future trips, it is stored securely by our payment processor and we retain only a reference to it.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, confirm and coordinate trips, send booking and trip-related communications, process payments, and — where you have given consent — send occasional marketing messages about seasonal availability and offers.

Text Messages

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may text you about your trip request, booking, and trip logistics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Consent to receive booking-related messages is separate from consent to receive marketing messages. You may opt out of marketing messages while continuing to receive messages about a trip you have booked.

Sharing Your Information

We share information only as needed to operate the business. This includes service providers who support booking, payments, communications, and analytics on our behalf, and — for trips operated by a permitted outfitter — the outfitter responsible for that trip. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.

Minors
